Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 days for regular items, and 2-6 days for customized pieces (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Carriers
We ship using Canada Post / UPS / Purolator / DHL or occasionally other carriers. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (US Orders)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the US border. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
